There are thousands of accessible facilities already mapped out in our easy-to-use app. They include parkings, toilets, ramps, bridges, underpasses, pickup dropoff points, lifts, and other useful features such as AEDs, drinking fountains and covered walkways.

Tips on using Briskhelp

• Check if the place you plan to visit has the accessibility features you need before going over.
• Find the closest accessible parking lots at your destination and the route there when you are driving.
• Visiting a new area and worry about washroom access? Check where the nearest accessible washrooms are.
• Feeling anxious about getting into a building or finding your way around a big place? Locate the ramps going up into the building's lift lobby, shops' level, etc., on the map.
• Check if a bridge or an underpass at a distance has accessible ramp or lift to get you across.
• In a large underground MRT station with multiple entrances on the ground level, locate the nearest accessible lift to get you down to the concourse level.
• Know where the nearest defibrillator (AED) is available when there is an emergency situation.
• Running out of water in your water bottle? Fill it up at the nearest drinking water fountain.
• Looking for a covered way to keep you dry in raining day? Locate them and their access ramps on the map.
• Outing with your guide dog or pet? Find out which places allow them before patronising.
• Looking for a place to rest and surf the net? Check where the nearest outlets with free Wi-Fi are.
• Just want to know the approximate distance to a particular facility from your location.

Get location of accessible facilities

At your current location

1. Open the app to display the map view. Tap the button to show your current location on the map.
   Your current location will be indicated by a pulsing blue dot.
2. Tap icon at the bottom app bar to show the location of the various types of facilities available on the map.
   The default types of facilities for the one-click search are the parking lots and toilets. To change or add other facility types, long press on the icon to open the menu to select your preferred types.
   Besides this one-click search of facilities, you may also tap "Locate" icon, , then tap "Facilities" to select the specific types of facilities to search.
3. Tap any of the facility markers like on the map to see info about it.

At other location

1. Open the app to display the map view.
2. Tap and move the map to your area of interest and zoom in.
3. Follow the steps listed in the previous section above from step 2 onwards.
